We have Return/Replacement policy from the time of the material delivery. In case, if you have received any damaged product, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery only.

  1. The product is damaged/defective
  2. Differ from the description on the website
  3. Incorrect item delivered
  4. Wrong Colour/Wrong Size/Wrong Quantity
  5. Missing parts/accessories

Note:

  • All the above points are applicable only, if it has occurred without any prior notification which can be via email, whatsapp, in-person or phone call
  • Entire order cannot be accepted for return nor exchange under any circumstances


Damage Policy

For Tiles, Granites & Marbles:

TileBathKitchen will not be responsible for any transit damage for upto 7% which is normal, and can be used during cutting and laying process. Customers are requested to check the material at the time of delivery to ensure the damages and notify us immediately within 24 hours.


PLEASE NOTE: Based on our past fulfillment of orders, so far  maximum 3% of damages only have occurred. We always strive hard to provide you the goods in the best condition possible.


For Bath & Kitchen Fittings:

TileBathKitchen will accept the return only if, the product is found to be manufacture malfunction, incorrect model delivered, wrong colour and wrong size.


Returns are accepted and eligible, only if:

  1. If any defective or damaged product received, in that case, customer needs to notify Customer Care via Email (support@tilebathkitchen.com) or Call +91-720 800 4902 within 24 hours from the delivery time.
  2. Products should be unused
  3. All merchandise items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, installation manual, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as per delivered condition
  4. Invoice and Shipping slip should be available
  5. Products purchased through clearance sale will not be covered under this policy


Returns are NOT accepted, if:

  • Notified post 24 hours on receipt of delivery to support@tilebathkitchen.com
  • Delivered product/material is found being used nor tampered
  • Returns based on color variation, will not be accepted as there shall be a slight color deviation due to viewer display screen settings while buying online.
  • Product/Material is not installed according to user manual and resulting in damage/malfunction
  • Ordered material/product being delivered in a delayed time manner (as there are several factors for time delay)
  • Products sold under Stock Clearance Sale
  • Entire order cannot be accepted for return nor exchange under any circumstances
  • Left over materials/products not accepted under any circumstances
