Items will be processed to replacement when the material/product is being accepted for the return as per the return policy.
If the items are returned successfully, under the circumstances of availability, the replacement can be done in 2 ways:
- Replace the item SKU directly without any changes in specifications (or)
- Replace the item with an alternative SKU, which will be similar to the item ordered, which will be notified in prior basis.
