How do I initiate a Return Request?

STEP 1 (Initiate a Return Request)
- Login to Your Account
- Go to My Returns & Click on Request New RMA
- Select your Order # & choose the item you require to return
- Select the reason for your return, packing condition & desired resolution request
- Go through our RMA policy information & post your acceptance, Click on "Submit RMA Request"
STEP 2 (Return Confirmation)
- Our customer care executive will call you within 24 hours
- Confirm the date and Pick up time
STEP 3 (PickUp Process)
- Pack the shipment to the original form
- Handover the shipment to the logistic partner
